The Goal is Simple

100 Peaks for £100,000.00.

To raise £1000.00 per peak - is the goal, our simple goal.

Since September 2012, Karl (along with some fantastic friends) have made it a mission to try to raise as much money as they can for military charities, foremost the Parachute Regiment Charity (now Support our Paras) and ABF The Soldiers Charity. The events they've taken part in have also meant that they've been able to support Help for Heroes and the Afghan Trust.

Karl’s brother, Lloyd (Lloydy) was KIA (Killed in Action) 16th June 2011 and ever since Karl has used the events as a means of trying to deal with losing him in a positive way. However, since Lloyd’s death, Karl’s wife has given birth to their son Charlie and before he gets much older, Karl would like to bring their fundraising efforts to an 'epic' conclusion!

ABF THE SOLDIERS CHARITY - For Soldiers. For Families. For Life.

ABF The Soldiers Charity are for soldiers, for life. They provide financial assistance to all soldiers and their families when in need. Even when a soldier leaves the Army they are still part of their family and eligible for their help. The scope of their work is huge. Half of their money is given direct to individuals to help in areas such as debt relief, mobility assistance, education bursaries, care home fees and respite breaks. The other half is given as grants to other charities.
